Good quality service and very professional. I updated a bathroom with alot of issues. Within a week's time frame I received an estimate, parts were ordered and my bathroom work was completed. I dont normally write reviews but the quality of service I received was exceptional. Overall I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues. I'm also using their services for a drainage issue I'm having. Hope this was helpful for anyone looking for a dependable plumber.

Richard and Peter arrived at my house within two hours after contact. Richard asked questions to understand my plumbing problems and quickly provided a written estimate. He adhered to the estimate,even though a clog in the sewer line was 160 feet from my house, which was much further than originally anticipated. He also fixed a pipe leak. He and Peter were both very professional and polite. They wore covers over their shoes so as not to track any dirt into the house and cleaned up after completing their work. Rich provided me with some tips so as to avoid incurring these problems again. I will hire Quality Plumbing & Drain Services again the next time that I have a plumbing problem and would also recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I contacted Richard from Quality Plumbing in order to replace two outdoor spigots with frost-free faucets since my hoses had become permanently fused with the pipes. During our initial phone conversation, I provided some pictures of the work areas via text and Richard gave a reasonable quote including a coupon special.

He arrived on-time and inspected the basement area first. I like that he used his own booties for inside the house. Afterwards, he showed me two styles of frost-free faucets and mentioned the pros/cons of each. Upon selecting, he and another gentleman proceeded to replace our spigots and interior valves. They were neat, clean, and very systematic. The overall process took an hour-and-a-half.

At the end, Richard provided some instructions on how to winterize the faucets (yes, there's still some maintenance involved even though they are called "frost-free"). I would definitely recommend Quality Plumbing again for your indoor/outdoor plumbing needs.

First time senior citizen customer. They were so quick to respond to my call., asked me for info and to send pictures, and gave me a quote same day. Richard the owner came two days later. I was so pleased with the quality of their work. They were on time, very professional, explained everything, their price was reasonable, and even offered ways to save money. I had my old electric 1970's water heater replaced with a new electric hybrid heat pump water heater in late December 2021. Rich worked with me to select the right equipment and had clear communication on the costs, timeline, and scope of work.

Respect for my time and my home was excellent. Work was completed without incident and nothing unexpected was left behind for me to clean. Plumbing and the new water heater have had no issues at all and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

They came out fast in an emergency, diagnosed the issue (sink drain pipe rusted through), explained the options, then did exactly what we agreed upon to fix (and all for a reasonable price!). Pipe in basement cracked and had water everywhere so we had to turn off the main and find someone fast. Being the week leading up to Christmas it was not easy but the team at Quality Plumbing came through. I sent two pictures, they gave me a quote via text and someone was there in under two hours. I hired Rick twice to do some plumbing work at my house. The first time was to add an outdoor spigot at the rear of my house. He showed up and provided a prompt quote and we scheduled the work. The day of the job he and his partner finished the job quickly and I was satisfied with the final result. The second time I hired Rick was to replace an entire shower valve assembly. This was on an emergency basis as the cartridge was worn out and leaking water on the kitchen ceiling. Rick was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provide me with some shower valve options. He was also able to squeeze me in the next day based on the fact that I was a repeat customer. Great quality service and very professional. We called to get a pipe fixed in the bathroom as it was leaking. Rich came out and I shared that I had a second issue with the kitchen sink that happened overnight, he said no problem, quoted me, and got the job done. Rich schooled me on where my water shut off valve is since I am a new homeowner. He provided some other guidance as well. It was a pleasure speaking with him and learning a few new things.
