Here's the way all plumbers should operate: On a Friday evening, I saw Quality's rating on a well known site that rates home service providers. I filled out the site's contact form and hit "Submit". Within a half hour, Richard, the owner had phoned me! We discussed my hot water heater replacement. He asked if I had pictures, which I did. I emailed them to him. He was back before the evening was over with a pledge to send me a quote before the weekend ended. On Sunday night, I received his quote, which was very competitive. We arranged installation and he said he'd arrive at 7:30 AM on a specific Monday. He did. Newer, clean truck. He and his helper were dressed in clean clothes. Installation was flawless. He wore shoe covers in the house so as not dirty the floors. Left the cellar immaculate. My wife said he was polite and informative. Even changed some valves at no charge on another heater I had. I've already recommended Richard and won't hesitate to use him in the future. He's a tribute to his trade!

I was very impressed with the multiple jobs Rick completed for me. He was very timely (accommodated his schedule to complete complex work in a day), professional, talked me through what I needed to know (made me feel I was part of the process), and very reasonably priced compared to the large firms. Highly recommend!!

You cannot go wrong with them! They are thorough, provide a good assessment up front of the work that needs to be done, transparent pricing, and complete the job in a timely manner. We've had work done at one house, now we're looking forward to inviting them to provide plumbing services for our new home. It's tough when you don't know anything about a repair that needs to be done, but the right person explains it, and the give you a fair price, you know you've made a good decision. Don't know what I would've done without them in these past few weeks!

Rick and his staff provided a superb level of service when I called requesting an estimate to fix the draining issue of 2 of the toilets in my house. He was very professional while providing different options and prices that would help me make a very informed decision. What I initially thought it was a clogged toilet - Rick applied different methods: snake, pressure bag, snake machine, resetting the toilet back in position, examining the line, cutting the pipe - to finally find and remove a bunch of excess built up that was blocking the water pressure needed when flushing. All of that while charging me a flat fee - very reasonable and affordable in my opinion - he also discovered the tank was cracked and proceeded to call other supply shops. He did all of that on the very 1st visit - which was just supposed to be the estimate day. Very humble, very knowledgeable about this field, he is being doing that for 19 years and with very very affordable rates and a customer centric approach towards warranty. I found him via Facebook reviews and definitely keeping him for all of my house projects. I had a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom shower to the 1st floor room. My son cut an opening in the ceiling to save money on recommendation of Rick the company. In short, he cut and replaced the leaking pipe inside the ceiling. Rick acted professionally. friendly. knowledgeable about plumbing and most of all he fixed my leak. He is m plumber from now on.
